Built So Far
- The first version of the site is built and tested: sign-up for men, the leader interest form, the leader feedback form, an admin view with CSV export, and consent to receive text messages.
- A design preview showing three visual directions for the site is live at https://preview.warriorsmass.com.
- The domain warriorsmass.com is owned and ready to point at the finished site.
Platform and Messaging: Decided
These decisions are final.

| Platform | A web app first (a "PWA," which installs from a browser like an app, with no app store needed). A native phone-store app comes later, only if the web app can't do what's needed. |
| Texts | Reminders and alerts go out through the text system already built and tested for the Fathered app, with each man's consent on file. |
| Carpool and leader chat | Through the Advent test, leaders and carpool groups coordinate in WhatsApp or Signal groups that they run themselves. Chat built into the app comes later. |
| Calendar | A calendar invite file (an ".ics" file) that opens in whatever calendar app a person already has. No new account or sign-in needed. |
Money: No money moves through the app during the pilot or the Advent test. Canada's rules on money-transfer services (FINTRAC) make that too risky to build now. After Advent, once the community is established, a test of parking-pool and hospitality-donation features can run through a registered payment processor, after legal advice.
Ready Before Oct 16 (First Mass)
Everything on this list has to work before the first Mass.

AI Assistance
Two jobs: prompting a leader when a man on his list goes quiet, and confirming a priest's availability ahead of a date. Both start simple, as automated reminders, before Oct 16. They can grow more capable later, once there's real usage to learn from.
Later (Not Sequenced)
Native app, full daily-rotation planner across parishes, fellowship-and-study scheduling, parish self-service onboarding. The Warriors Mass Vision document names these as work for after this first version. This roadmap doesn't size them.
